Pallet Wide containers
Pallet Wide Containers are a special type of shipping container that are manufactured to maximise the number of standard sized pallets that can be stored and transported. They are slighter wider than a standard container as a result but can accommodate 10 pallets (20ft pallet wide container) or 21 pallets (40ft pallet wide container). There are many industries that transport goods directly by pallet in New Zealand which makes these containers the perfect choice.
20ft Pallet Wide (High Cube) Container
Our 20ft Pallet Wide containers are designed and constructed for the transportation of general cargo at sea and on land (road or rail) throughout the world and will be suitable for the environmental conditions imposed by those modes of transport. All materials used in the construction are able to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40C to +70C without effect on container’s strength and water tightness
- Constructed with steel frames, fully vertically corrugated steel side and end walls, die-stamped corrugated steel roof, wooden flooring, corrugated double hinged doors
- Made from extremely tough Corten Steel
- Exterior x 3 coats of Paint. Interior x 2 coats of paint
- Marine Plywood Floor
- Forklift Pockets -For onsite moves
Delivery Options: Swing lift Truck, Hiab truck or Flat deck. Flat deck delivery is the cheapest option but does require the customer to have a site crane or forklift

40ft Pallet Wide (High Cube) Container

What are the benefits of Pallet Wide Containers?
Pallet Wide Containers enable 1.2m standard width pallets to be loaded side by side therefore allowing more pallets carried than in conventional marine containers. They have great payloads but still handle like standard containers.
What are Pallet Wide Containers used for?
Pallet Wide Containers are used in many of the same ways as standard shipping containers. The main difference is the configuration of the pallets allowing for more pallets therefore more efficient packing and greater payloads. Used Pallet Wide Containers are quite often used for those customers who need the extra space and are ideal for modification projects.
What sizes do Pallet Wide Containers come in?
Pallet Wide Containers are available in 20ft and 40ft sizes and High Cube only (extra foot taller from standard).
