Description
The Nordic Dry Protection line of products are completely safe for use with your container contents. Nordic Dry’s unique products fight moisture and condensation by absorbing water vapor from the air and preventing the humidity level inside containers from reaching the dew point.
The most common desiccants use silica gel, clay, or starch which only absorb from 10% to 27% of their dry weight, whereas Nordic Dry absorbs up to 300%.

The desiccant turns into a gel as it absorbs moisture and the water absorbed is retained due to the presence of special binding agent that stops the desiccant from leaking. Relative humidity is a measurement of the amount of moisture in the air and it is expressed as a percentage of how much moisture the air contains. The wetter or damper the air is the higher the relative humidity and the drier the air feels, the lower the relative humidity.
Nordic is approved for use in all transportation of food and agricultural products.
Depending on the nature of the goods you are storing, we would recommend using 4 – 6 bags per 20′ container.
